Specification & sourcing
Send a drawing, a sample or a reference photo. We confirm material, glaze, tolerance and packaging, and come back with a landed-cost quote in 48 hours.

Sampling
Pre-production samples in 7–10 days, with the exact body and glaze that will run in mass production. Courier cost credited against the first order.

Production & QC
AQL 2.5 inspection on every lot, dimensional checks on industrial parts, and third-party lab reports (FDA, LFGB, heavy metals) on request.
04
Export & logistics
FOB, CIF or DDP. We handle booking, consolidated loading, commercial invoice, packing list, CO and certificate of origin.

Clay
A coarse iron-rich stoneware body, wedged by hand until it moves evenly under the wheel.

Throwing
Each piece is centred, opened and pulled on a kick wheel — never slip-cast.

Glazing
Glazes are mixed in-house and sprayed or poured, so every surface stays food-safe.
04
Firing
A 14-hour climb to 1240°C vitrifies the body and locks the glaze to the clay.
