Product lines
Three product families, one material standard.
Applications
Where our silicon nitride is working today.
Chemical processing
Valve seats, seals and pump components in corrosive media — Si₃N₄ is inert to most acids and alkalis.
Wind energy
High-load, electrically insulating bearing balls for pitch and yaw bearings.
Machine tools
Hybrid ceramic bearings running at twice the speed of steel with 40% less friction.
New energy vehicles
Insulating balls that eliminate shaft currents in e-motor bearings.
From powder to part
A controlled, auditable process behind every batch.
Powder synthesis
α-Si₃N₄ produced by combustion synthesis with O₂ < 2% and α-phase ≥ 93%.
Forming
Cold isostatic pressing at 100–200 MPa for uniform green density.
Sintering
Gas-pressure sintering at 1740°C / 10 MPa N₂ — >99% of theoretical density.
Grinding & inspection
Diamond grinding to grade G5; 100% dimensional and NDT inspection before packing.
