Produced from high-purity silicon powder by direct nitridation under a mature, standardised process control. The powder is clean, with a uniform particle-size distribution and high sintering activity, and is suitable for producing G5 and G10 grade silicon nitride bearing balls as well as general silicon nitride ceramic parts.

Key features

  • High hardness and high strength
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
  • Uniform particle size distribution, D50 ≤ 10 µm
  • High α-phase content, ≥ 92 %

Applications

Silicon nitride ceramics and silicon nitride bearing balls.
