Description
Produced from high-purity silicon powder by direct nitridation, with proprietary control over the silicon feedstock, the nitridation stage and the downstream milling process. The result is a substrate-grade silicon nitride powder with high purity, high α-phase content, a uniform particle-size distribution and high sintering activity.
Key features
- High strength, high hardness, high electrical resistivity
- Good thermal-shock resistance
- Low dielectric loss and low expansion coefficient
- High sintering activity, stable quality
Applications
Silicon nitride substrates and high-thermal-conductivity structural components.
